Moussa Tine, membre de la Coalition Takhawou Sénégal se désole de la décision de reporter l’élection présidentielle du Président Macky Sall. Il déteste le non respect de l’Etat de droit et de la démocratie. Il considère que cette décision n’a aucune base juridique.
D’après lui, l’article 52 de la Constitution ne lui permet pas de reporter une élection, suite à une supposée affaire de corruption ou de crise « Institutionnelle » qui n’existe pas. Personne n’a jamais vu un report d’une élection présidentielle au Sénégal.
Moussa Tine estime qu’une élection présidentielle est un droit constitutionnel consacré au citoyens sénégalais.
Alors, le Président élu pour 5 ans ne peut pas en ajouter un jour de plus. Et, ce n’est pas juridique, dit-il, cette décision qui reste une tentative de corruption de la démocratie.
Mais, il a la possibilité de retrait de son décret. Moussa Tine promet une saisine dès ce lundi, du Conseil constitutionnel pour l’annulation de ce décret présidentiel.
