Au départ, il la tire d’un mauvais pas. A deux reprises. Ensuite, il devient son amant puis sa terreur. C’est l’histoire de K. Ndiaye, commerçante et femme d’un immigré établi en France, et de C. N, un gendarme en poste à la Caserne Samba Diéry Diallo.
Ce dernier est arrêté par trois de ses collègues et mis à la disposition de la Brigade prévôtale, qui décidera de son sort.
K. Ndiaye et C. N se sont connus en 2017. La première accusait un maçon d’abus de confiance et entend le traîner en justice. Ne sachant pas la voie à suivre, elle s’en ouvre à un ami, qui le met en rapport avec le second. Le gendarme aide la dame, selon Les Echos, qui évoque l’affaire dans son édition de ce lundi.
La vie continue. K. Ndiaye, qui entretient sa relation à distance avec son époux installé en France, lui envoie de temps en temps des photos et des vidéos d’elle nue. Un jour, les nudes atterrissent à mauvais port : sur le portable d’un cousin de la dame. Ce dernier conserve les images, signale à l’épouse de l’immigré son erreur et menace de les diffuser sur les réseaux sociaux.
K. Ndiaye recontacte C. N. Qui cable le cousin indélicat et réussit à désamorcer la bombe. Mais cette fois-ci, le sauveur veut aller plus loin avec la commerçante. D’après Les Echos, le gendarme déclare sa flamme à la dame. L’épouse de l’immigré refuse et s’indigne en invoquant son statut de femme mariée.
C. N insiste et, quatre ans après leur première rencontre, en 2021, arrive à ses fins. Il commence à sortir avec K. Ndiaye. Les deux amants se voient à trois reprises dans studio meublés pour entretenir des relations sexuelles, d’après Les Echos.
Le journal rapporte qu’un jour, C. N contacte son amoureuse pour un nouveau rendez-vous galant. Cette dernière refuse. Le gendarme insiste. La dame reste inflexible. L’homme en bleu s’emporte. Menace de diffuser une nude de la commerçante et les audio des discussions enflammées qu’ils ont eues sur Whatsapp.
C. N met un de ses amis sur le coup en lui transmettant les contenus compromettants pour l’épouse de l’immigré. Ce dernier envoie un message audio Whatsapp au gendarme en lui faisant savoir que s’il obtient son autorisation, il balance les éléments sur les réseaux sociaux. Un coup monté ? Peut-être. En tout cas, C. N capture le message en question et le transfère à K. Ndiaye.
Après avoir écouté le message, K. Ndiaye porte plainte au commissariat de Pikine. Les éléments de la brigade de recherches du commissariat interpellent le gendarme, qui vit à Pikine Tally Boubess. Soumis à un interrogatoire, il nie les faits tout en avouant avoir entretenu des relations sexuelles avec son accusatrice. Il ne s’en sortira pas.
D’après Les Echos, sur instruction du parquet de Pikine-Guédiawaye, le gendarme sera par la suite arrêté et conduit au commissariat de Pikine, par trois de ses collègues, avant d’être mis à la disposition de la Brigade prévôtale de la gendarmerie.
C. N est poursuivi pour chantages, menaces de diffusion d’images via le net et collecte illicite de données à caractère personnel.

loafers and an oversized, black leather blazer to ring in the festive season at private members’ club in London last year.
