« L’expertise médico – légale réalisée le 19 juin 2022 a conclu à une mort violente par choc hémorragique suite à une plaie pénétrante du cou causée par une arme blanche contondante. Une enquête est en tout état de cause ouverte pour déterminer les circonstances de cette perte en vie humaine et identifier le ou les auteurs en vue de leur traduction devant les juridictions compétentes », a indiqué le parquetier dans un communiqué de presse publié par Libération. Il appelle à la contribution de tout témoin susceptible de contribuer à la manifestation de la vérité. « Toute personne dont la déposition s’avèrera nécessaire à la manifestation de la vérité sera entendue », dit-il.
Pour rappel, la famille du défunt, qui a fait face à la presse, a rejetté les conclusions de l’autopsie. Pour elle, leur fils est mort par balle : « Depuis son décès nous n’avons aucune information officielle venant des autorités administratives sur la mort de notre frère. Nous n’avons des informations qu’à travers les réseaux sociaux et la presse, qui nous disent qu’il a été tué par arme blanche. Ce que nous rejetons. Il n’est pas tué par arme blanche mais par balle », a déclaré le porte-parole de la famille, Moustapha Diémé.
