L’Action pour la défense des intérêts du Parti socialiste en a fait l’annonce, à la veille des élections législatives et en pleine élection des hauts conseillers des collectivités territoriales. « Il est évident que le PS n’acceptera plus jamais d’être marginalisé dans sa propre coalition, après avoir consenti énormément de sacrifices pour faire triompher BBY à chaque échéance électorale depuis 2012 », lit-on dans une note rendue publique. Le document mentionne que la démarche actuelle du PS également doit faire l’objet de changement radical. Aucun responsable socialiste ne doit plus accepter que l’intérêt général du parti soit « hypothéqué par une seule personne ou un clan pendant plus de dix ans ».
