Le guichet mobile de l’Apix s’est installé depuis hier lundi à Sangalkam, pour y séjourner pendant 72 heures. Après Saly, Saint-Louis, Matam, Ndioum, Ziguinchor et Kolda, les populations de la localité, porteurs de projet, auront la chance de bénéficier des facilités pour leur enregistrement dans les guichets de l’Apix. La cérémonie de lancement a été présidée par le ministre Oumar Guèye, ancien Maire de la localité, et Mountaga Sy, le directeur général de l’Apix SA.
Depuis hier lundi, le guichet mobile de l’Apix séjourne dans la commune de Sangalkam. Ainsi, après les localités de Saint-Louis, Saly, Matam, Ndioum, Ziguinchor et Kolda, l’Apix met en branle ses structures orientées dans l’ouverture et l’enregistrement d’entreprises à Sangalkam. Elles sont en compagnie des services des ministères de la Justice et des Finances, de Gaïndé 2000, d’Orbus, de l’ANSD. Une manière de permettre aux intéressés, notamment les jeunes et les femmes, de créer leur entreprise en moins de 24 heures. Ces derniers auront ainsi la chance, une fois enregistrés et formalisés, d’accéder aux mécanismes de financement. Ce qui a fait dire au directeur général de l’Apix que ‘’le développement commence par la formalisation. Et celle-ci doit consacrer le principe de proximité de l’État’’.
A en croire Mountaga Sy, il y a eu une avalanche de demandes dans la commune de Sangalkam. En effet, a-t-il révélé, ‘’nous avons été saisis par 300 porteurs de projet de Sangalkam, 250 entreprises individuelles et 300 GIE. Nous avons pensé que sans tarder, nous devrions venir ici pour transformer l’opportunité’’.
De son côté, l’ancien maire de Sangalkam, le ministre Oumar Guèye, qui a été le facilitateur de la venue du guichet mobile de l’Apix dans sa collectivité locale, a souligné que ce déplacement est une aubaine pour les femmes et les jeunes de la zone. Mieux, souligne-t-il, l’initiative permet de booster les jeunes entrepreneurs. Tout en rappelant que les GIE sont un maillon essentiel dans la chaine de la croissance économique.
D’ailleurs, a poursuivi le ministre des Collectivités territoriales, ‘’l’une des plus grandes compagnies aériennes du monde qui fabrique des avions, Airbus, est un GIE’’. D’où l’importance qu’accorde le président de la République aux GIE. ‘’L’importance du GIE explique pourquoi le président Macky Sall a mis en place des structures comme l’Apix. C’est pourquoi lorsque des centaines de GIE et de porteurs de projet individuel m’ont contacté, j’ai immédiatement sollicité l’Apix pour que le guichet puisse se déplacer à Sangalkam pour aider à la formalisation des GIE et des entreprises individuelles’’, a-t-il fait savoir.
En outre, lors de la cérémonie de lancement, le ministre Oumar Guèye a pris l’engagement de prendre en charge tous les frais de dossiers de tous les GIE et les porteurs de projet. ‘’Aujourd’hui, nous prenons en charge la totalité des frais, à raison de 50 000 F CFA pour un GIE et 20 000 F CFA pour une entreprise individuelle’’, a promis l’ancien maire de Sangalkam.
