Lequel ajoute: «Que Ismaïla Madior Fall qui ne connaît visiblement pas la reconnaissance du ventre se le tienne pour dit : ‘’non seulement ses menaces n’ont aucun effet sur la détermination de Mme Aminata Touré à poursuivre ses activités de député au service exclusif du Peuple sénégalais mais surtout qu’il sache que lui Ismaïla Madior Fall qui se vante d’être un tailleur de Constitution de luxe sera poursuivi devant la Cour pénale internationale (CPI) pour instigateur et complice de crimes contre l’humanité si des pertes en vie humaines intervenaient à l’occasion d’un troisième mandat juridiquement et moralement inacceptable du Président Macky Sall’’».
A titre préventif, il est mentionné dans le document que la CPI «sera saisie ainsi que le Conseil des Droits de l’Homme afin que notre pays ne revive pas la situation de 2012 où onze (11) de nos compatriotes ont perdu la vie lors des manifestations contre le 3ème mandat du Président Abdoulaye Wade».
Invité dans l’émission Jury du dimanche, le ministre de la Justice, Ismaïla Madior Fall a déclaré que si Aminata Touré, député non inscrite, «cumule un comportement par le discours, par l’attitude, par le positionnement, par le vote comme quelqu’un qui ne fait pas partie de la majorité, elle sera démise de son mandat». Parce que, précise le Garde des Sceaux, la Constitution est claire, «tout député qui démissionne de son parti sera automatiquement déchu de son mandat».
