Le collectif pour la défense des intérêts des travailleurs de l’hôpital Aristide Le Dantec dénonce l’arrestation de leur camarade Abdoulaye Dione. Face à la presse, ce mardi, le collectif trouve l’arrestation et l’incarcération du camarade Abdoulaye DIONE, secrétaire général du Syndicat démocratique des travailleurs de la santé et du secteur social, par ailleurs, coordonnateur du collectif injuste. « Nous avons voulu laisser la procédure judiciaire suivre son cours normal, cependant, force est de constater que la manière dont les choses se déroulent nous laisse perplexe. C’est pourquoi nous avons jugé nécessaire d’alerter », lit-on dans leur déclaration liminaire.
Malgré l’incarcération de leur coordonnateur, le collectif compte poursuivre son plan d’actions entamé depuis la décision du président de la République de reconstruire l’hôpital. « Ce combat a été mené par notre camarade El hadji Abdoulaye Dione qui séjourne en ce moment à la maison d’arrêt de Rebeuss depuis 3 semaines. Si les autorités pensent qu’avec l’arrestation de notre camarade, elles peuvent freiner la lutte, elles se trompent lourdement », renchérit le collectif.
En effet, note le collectif, ce marché de gré à gré de 92 milliards de francs Cfa attribué à Cantum Ghesa par le Fonsis, ne respecte pas le code des marchés ‘’parce qu’il n’y avait pas un motif impérieux, ni urgence, ni risque de rupture de continuité du service public de santé’’. Il s’y ajoute, dit-il, un plan chaotique de manifestation de mauvaise prise en charge des malades et de redéploiement des travailleurs. Selon le collectif, les hémodialysés sont transférés au Hangar des pèlerins sans que les conditions correctes de leur prise en charge ne soient réunies. Quant aux malades atteints du cancer, ils ont été contraints de quitter l’hôpital le Dantec dans des conditions qui ont entraîné la rupture de leurs cures de chimiothérapie.
S’agissant du personnel, nombreux sont les travailleurs qui ne sont toujours pas affectés. A l’état actuel, aucune convention officielle n’est établie afin de permettre aux travailleurs de connaître ce qui les lie avec les structures où ils sont affectés. De l’avis du collectif, il y a une tentative de liquidation des prestataires qui ont tout donné depuis des années pour la santé de la population et la bonne marche de l’hôpital lorsque les autorités ont eu besoin d’eux dans les moments difficiles.
