L’Assemblée nationale vient d’adopter à l’unanimité le projet de résolution visant à constituer la commission ad hoc chargée d’examiner la demande de levée de l’immunité parlementaire du député Mouhamadou Ngom.
Ce, après une réunion le jeudi 16 janvier 2025, de la Commission des Lois, de la Décentralisation, du Travail et des Droits humains.
Présidée par Abdoulaye Tall, cette séance a été convoquée à la suite d’une saisine du ministre de la Justice, transmise au président de l’Assemblée nationale le 10 janvier 2025. Le Bureau de l’Assemblée, après avoir approuvé la demande lors de sa réunion du 14 janvier, a informé la Conférence des Présidents, qui a validé la poursuite de la procédure.
Conformément aux dispositions des articles 61 de la Constitution et 52 du Règlement intérieur, la Commission des Lois a procédé à la désignation des 11 membres de la commission ad hoc, répartis comme suit :
_PASTEF les Patriotes : 9 membres à savoir : Mohamed Ayib Salim Daffe, Abdoulaye Tall, Mbène Faye, Youngare Dione, Amy Dia, Ansoumana Sarr, Anta Dia, Alioune Ndao, Fatou Ba.
_Takku Wallu : 1 membre, Djimo Souaré.
_Non-inscrits : 1 membre, Cheikh Ahmed Tidiane Youm.
La liste des membres a été approuvée sans opposition.
