Des patriotes avérés depuis de longues années pour leur engagement au service de la Nation, pour leurs qualités civiles propres à encourager la bonne gouvernance comme le Commissaire Cheikhna Cheikh Saadbouh Keïta », indique-t-on, dans un communiqué de presse reçu.
Les rédacteurs du document ajoutent: «en plus d’autres compatriotes, anonymes constituant l’écrasante majorité, mais dont l’engagement discret est le reflet de l’immense idéal de changement ‘’d’hommes, de structures et de méthodes’’, qui bat dans le pouls profond de tout un Peuple, comme pour battre la marche du Peuple vers la réalisation de son rêve de progrès ».
