D’après eux, «la Direction générale très affectée par l’impact de la grève des travailleurs sur le fonctionnement de l’entreprise a tenté des manœuvres maladroites visant à pousser l’intersyndicale à suspendre ses mots d’ordre de grève contre une éventuelle reprise des négociations, mais sans succès».
Dans un document, les membres de cette organisation justifient leur radicalisation par le «manque de bonne volonté de la Direction générale d’apporter des solutions concrètes à la plateforme revendicative des travailleurs, notamment de la question de l’augmentation des salaires et de l’amélioration des conditions de travail»
En outre, «l’intersyndicale dénonce le caractère arbitraire et illégal des réquisitions faites par l’autorité dépassant largement le taux admis».
