Aïssata Tall Sall, désignée pour défendre le député Farba Ngom devant la commission Ad Hoc, a tenu un point de presse au cours duquel elle a dénoncé les bases de l’accusation. Selon elle, « le dossier d’accusation de Farba Ngom repose uniquement sur quatre lettres de transmission du parquet ».
Cette situation l’a poussée à « quitter la salle », elle l’a fait savoir cet après-midi au siège de l’APR.
« J’ai décidé de ne pas m’associer à cette parodie de commission Ad Hoc », a-t-elle déclaré avec fermeté.
Aïssata Tall Sall a également affirmé ne pas avoir connaissance des faits reprochés à son collègue, ce qui l’a empêchée de le défendre sur le fond.
Pendant ce temps, la commission avait convoqué le député Farba Ngom pour l’auditionner ce mardi.
Pour rappel, une procédure visant la levée de l’immunité parlementaire de Farba Ngom a été lancée à la demande du ministre de la Justice, saisi par le parquet financier.
