Le Professeur Abdoul Kader Boye sera au cœur du dispositif en place pour les Jeux olympiques de la Jeunesse (JOJ) Dakar 2026. L’ancien recteur de l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) de Dakar a été enrôlé dans le Comité d’organisation par le président dudit comité, Mamadou Diagna Ndiaye, pour présider la Commission nouvellement mise en place.
Passionné du sport, l’éminent praticien du droit est tout enthousiaste de cette collaboration avec le patron de l’olympisme sénégalais et pour cette mission de réussir le grand défi du Sénégal et de la jeunesse africaine en 2026.
Le Professeur Abdel Kader Boye a fait son entrée dans le Comité d’organisation des prochains Jeux olympiques de la Jeunesses (JOJ) qui vont se dérouler en 2026 à Dakar.
L’ancien recteur de l’Université Cheikh Anta Diop (UCAD) de Dakar a été enrôlé dans le Comité d’organisation par le président Mamadou Diagna Ndiaye. Dans sa volonté de promouvoir la dimension éthique, le président de l’olympisme sénégalais a sorti l’éminent professeur de sa retraite, en lui confiant cette nouvelle commission.
Ces nouvelles charges cadrent avec le profil du Professeur Kader Boye qui, au-delà de sa casquette de patricien du droit, est un grand passionné du sport et ancien footballeur. «Je tiens à remercier le président du Comité d’organisation des Jeux olympiques de la Jeunesse qui se tiendra pour la première fois en Afrique et au Sénégal. Mamadou Diagna Ndiaye est un ami et un parent.
Malgré mes ennuis de santé, j’ai tenu à le seconder dans cette mission qui est une mission essentielle pour le Sénégal et pour l’Afrique.
Parce qu’il faut que nous réussissions. Il faut souhaiter au président Diagna Ndiaye cette réussite parce que c’est le couronnement de tout ce qu’il fait dans le sport au Sénégal et au niveau international», a-t-il confié. Dans cet élan, il peut se prévaloir de son parcours de juriste imprégné aussi par sa passion du sport.
