Rebondissement dans l’affaire de la coupure du signal de Walf TV. Le CNRA avait en, février dernier, suspendu le signal du Groupe de presse de Sidy Lamine Niasse. Il lui était reproché la couverture des manifestations à Mbacké.
La première chambre administrative de la Cour suprême vient de désavouer le CNRA en annulant sa décision. «En procédant ainsi le juge pointe une violation de la loi pour rectifier le président du CNRA, Babacar Diagne, ordonnateur de la mesure», jubile Walf Quotidien, le journal dudit groupe.
