Commençons par le seul domaine où notre Président semble être compètent : la fiscalité. S’il ne réduit pas la fiscalité à une simple technique de collecte comme il l’a fait en nous récitant ses cours appris par cœur à l’ENA, il doit savoir que ce n’est point un hasard si toutes les grandes révolutions ont une cause fiscale (de la révolte des barons anglais contre le Roi Jean Sans Terre en 1215 à la révolution française (injustice fiscale subie par le tiers Etat) en passant par la révolution américaine ( no taxation without representation).

La méthode n’est pas la vision. Cette absence de vision a été flagrante lors de l’intervention du Président et elle est absente depuis le début.
C’est pourquoi on a senti que le Président s’ennuie et en est réduit à la banale quotidienneté et aux détails.
Depuis 100 jours, on s’attend à ce que le Président nous montre la lune mais il préfère se cacher derrière son petit doigt essayant de créer des polémiques stériles pour masquer l’absence de projet, de vision. Sa déclaration sur les fonds politiques n’est pas digne de son rang parce que toute personne un tant soit peu instruite sait que c’est impossible.
Et c’est facile pour les journalistes de le vérifier avec la comptabilité de la Présidence ou au Ministère des finances.
Le budget de la Présidence ne relève pas du secret d’Etat puisque qu’il est voté par l’Assemblée nationale. C’est une nouvelle diversion, une manipulation qui va être déconstruite avec la clarté brutale de la réalité des chiffres. Manipulation aussi sur le souverainisme version Diomaye qui donne l’exemple du Mali, nous disons au Président nous préférons avoir tort avec Dubai plutôt que d’avoir raison avec Bamako.
J’aime bien comparer Diomaye à un Roi d’Angleterre comme il règne mais ne gouverne pas.
Le Roi d’Angleterre qui ressemble le plus à Diomaye 1er est le Roi Edward VIII. Naturellement, Edward VIII régnait mais ne gouvernait pas mais finira même par renoncer à régner en abdiquant pour les beaux yeux de la dame Wallis Simpson.
Hier Diomaye 1er nous a annoncés son abdication pour prouver sa loyauté absolue, sa soumission à son gourou, le guide suprême Ousmane Sonko son premier Ministre.
Hier le Président Diomaye Faye nous a dit clairement que son allégeance première ne va pas à la République mais à son gourou et Premier Ministre et que donc ce mandat sert à lui paver la voie vers le fauteuil présidentiel. Nous avons perdu 100 jours et nous perdrons 5 ans puisque ce mandat est dédié à la réalisation de l’ambition d’un individu.
Et pour cet individu, le Président est prêt à tout y compris des réformes institutionnelles, des modifications constitutionnelles. Quand Napoléon s’est évadé de l’ile d’Elbe pour reprendre le pouvoir en France en 100 jours, Chateaubriand s’exclama face à l’audace de « l’invasion d’un pays par un seul homme ».
Pour arrêter la banalisation de nos institutions à commencer par la première d’entre elles et empêcher la déconstruction de notre République pour le bon plaisir et l’ambition d’un individu, il est grand temps de se réveiller en empêchant à cet individu de réussir de l’intérieur ce qu’il n’a pas réussi de l’extérieur : la négation du Sénégal.
La candeur de Diomaye devant son gourou est touchante. Elle rappelle le sympathique dentiste du film mon Voisin le tueur de Bruce Willis.
Dans le film la candeur du dentiste va ramollir son voisin le redoutable tueur. Celle de Diomaye n’aura pas le même effet sur le Gourou de Pastef qui a l’excès et la violence dans son ADN politique d’où ses menaces contre les juges et les journalistes.
La candeur de Diomaye est si touchante quand il se croit obligé de se justifier sur le choix des journalistes invités mais un chef d’Etat ne doit pas descendre à ce niveau de détails mais cette candeur permet aussi de comprendre l’emprise du Gourou sur notre Président de la République qu’il faut sauver comme le soldat Ryan.
