Réagissant par téléphone à notre article sur l’abstention massive des Libanais de Dakar-Plateau aux élections législatives du 31 juillet, l’un d’entre eux, au détour de la conversation, nous a fait une révélation surprenante.
A en croire notre interlocuteur, en effet, la communauté libanaise serait traversée par une cascade de divorces puisque, rien que ces 45 derniers jours, soit un mois et demi, 55 divorces auraient été enregistrés dans cette communauté !
A ce rythme, il n’y aura bientôt plus de couples libanais mariés…Sauf, pour les femmes « libanaises », à accepter d’être « niarels » ou « niétels » chez les Sénégalais de souche…
