« Il a été relevé la diffusion, sur des supports de communication, d’une correspondance administrative et interne émanant de la direction l’administration pénitentiaire et adressée à Madame le Garde des Sceaux, Ministre de la Justice.
Outre la violation des droits du détenu, ces faits d’une particulière gravité constituent toute une panoplie d’infractions relatives à la diffusion de données à caractère personnel », a notamment indiqué le chef du Parquet de Dakar
Face à cette situation, le maître des poursuites dit avoir « ordonné immédiatement l’ouverture d’une enquête pour identifier les auteurs de cette publication et toutes personnes impliquées aux fins d’engager des poursuites judiciaires à leur encontre ».
