Il est temps que l’Afrique prenne ses responsabilités en mettant sur pied son armée afin de défendre ses territoires. « La gouvernance militaire pose problème. Le destin d’un grand militaire c’est de défendre son territoire, mais pas d’être dans des Palais, dans des ministères en train d’administrer des choses qu’ils n’ont pas apprises… »
