Le Cadre unitaire des travailleurs de la Sen’Eau s’est réuni, ce matin, pour sonner l’alerte sur la situation qui prévaut au sein de la société nationale d’approvisionnement en eau potable.
Face à la presse, ce cadre, qui regroupe les syndicats Cdsl, Sutes et Sdte, a dénoncé le mouvement d’humeur du Sates parti en grève et dont le secrétaire général est celui de la centrale syndicale Csa.
A cet effet, ces derniers se désolidarisent de cette grève qui, pour eux, n’a aucun gain syndical.
Selon Momar Sy et Cie, ils ne sont pas «comptable de son échec», d’où leur démarcation, car tous les services marchent correctement ; aucune difficulté de production n’a été notée, encore moins de non-paiements des salaires.
Seulement, «des agendas cachés» sont derrière ces agissements, en l’occurrence de la Sde qui, pour eux, s’est sentie frustrée depuis sa défaite en 2019. Et pour mieux dérouler son plan, «des personnes comme Guy Marius Sagna, qui ne maitrise rien dans l’entreprise, sont utilisées pour donner de l’ampleur à ce mouvement d’humeur d’une minorité du personnel», ont-ils révélé.
Pour éviter des ponctions et des licenciements pour leurs braves collègues, ces agents de la Sen’Eau demandent à l’État du Sénégal de sécuriser leur outil de travail qui est la Sen’Eau.
Sur ce, la majorité absolue des syndicats de la Sen’Eau tient à rassurer les consommateurs : aucune perturbation ans la distribution en eau ne sera notée.
Toutefois, ils invitent la direction générale à prendre toutes ses responsabilités par rapport à la situation actuelle de l’entreprise. Et demandent que tout travailleur qui perturbe la quiétude du personnel soit traduit en conseil de discipline.
Des négociations sont en cours pour la satisfaction des intérêts des travailleurs, d’ici la semaine prochaine.
