En Conseil des ministres ce mercredi, le chef de l’Etat a donné des instructions fermes aux ministres en charge de l’Intérieur, des Infrastructures, de l’Assainissement et des Collectivités territoriales pour faire face aux inondations. Ce, après les fortes pluies qui se sont abattues au Sénégal causant des inondations. Mieux encore, le président de la République, Macky Sall suit de très près cette situation.
Le président Sall leur demande de « mobiliser tous les services compétents de l’Etat« . Ce, en vue notamment « de renforcer, dans les zones impactées, les dispositifs opérationnels de lutte contre les inondations par l’intensification du pompage et le fonctionnement optimal des ouvrages de drainage des eaux, réalisés ces années » lit-on dans le communiqué du Conseil des ministres.
