Depuis son arrivée, des objets ont commencé à disparaître. Dans la matinée du 24 juin dernier, Fary Diop aurait dérobé cinq portables et 350 000 francs dans les chambres de ses victimes présumées.
Après avoir constaté le vol, ces dernières ont procédé à une enquête de voisinage.
C’est alors que le nommé Antoine Coly qui habite dans la maison contigüe à celle des plaignantes, a révélé à Ndèye Awa Mbengue que la mise en cause s’était présentée à son domicile à 7h du matin pour récupérer un sachet de couleur bleue qui se trouvait derrière sa porte.
En outre, l’une des parties civiles avait consulté un charlatan qui lui a donné des indications sur la voleuse.
Lors de sa comparution devant le tribunal d’Instance de Dakar, Fary Diop s’est lavée à grande eau. A l’en croire, elle a été recrutée, il y a sept mois. Les parties civiles lui doivent six mois de salaire. « Je vivais dans des conditions très difficiles.
Ma mère était fâchée contre moi quand elle m’a appelée au téléphone pour me faire part de sa maladie. Car, je ne pouvais pas payer ses ordonnances », a-t-elle expliqué.
En guise de réparation, les parties civiles ont demandé 1 million de francs.
A la suite du parquet qui a requis l’application de la loi, le juge a fixé son délibéré au 8 juillet prochain.
