Après tout un week-end sous les liens de la détention, ces responsables politiques qui ont été arrêtés vendredi dernier vont répondre devant Dame justice.
La manifestation interdite de la coalition Yewwi Askan Wi, réprimée par la police et les diverses forces de l’ordre le vendredi 17 juin, prend à partir de ce jour, lundi 20 juin, une nouvelle tournure avec l’entrée en scène de Dame justice. Après le ministère de l’Intérieur et ses services de maintien de l’ordre qui ont déployé moult stratégies pour contenir les velléités de la coalition de l’opposition de passer outre l’interdiction préfectorale de manifester à la place de l’Obélisque, c’est au tour de son homologue de la Justice, particulièrement le parquet, de prendre le relais. Les principaux leaders de la coalition Yewwi Askan Wi interpellés, vendredi, sont présentés au parquet ce lundi.
Il s’agit du mandataire national de la coalition Yewwi Askan Wi, le député Déthié Fall, arrêté alors qu’il s’apprêtait à se rendre chez Ousmane Sonko et du nouveau maire de Guédiawaye Ahmed Aïdara, interpellé lui aussi dans son fief en partance pour la place de l’Obélisque. Il en est de même de la parlementaire libérale Mame Diarra Fam qui a été alpaguée par les forces de l’ordre au même titre que plusieurs autres personnes dont 6 éléments de la sécurité d’Ousmane Sonko.
Interpellé sur la question hier, dimanche, le ministre de la Justice Malick Sall qui participait à une ziarra dans la banlieue dont le thème, cette année, est axé sur «La Paix», a été formel. «Vous savez quand on viole la loi, on doit en assumer les conséquences. Tout simplement», a déclaré Me Malick Sall de façon laconique avant de déclamer: «Le pays est notre pays à tous. Si on le brûle, on le brûle pour tous ». Pour rappel, les membres de Yewwi Askan Wi arrêtés vendredi, dans le cadre de la mobilisation politique de l’opposition ayant fait trois morts entre Dakar, Bignona et Ziguinchor, ont passé tout le week-end dans les liens de la détention. L’opposition voulait organiser un rassemblement pour contester le rejet de la liste nationale des titulaires menée par Ousmane Sonko pour les élections législatives prévues le 31 juillet.
