Le désormais ex directeur général de la société nationale de transport Dakar Dem Dikk, Mr Omar Bounkhatab Sylla a passé le flambeau à son successeur Ousmane Sylla. Le directeur sortant a mis à profit cette occasion pour apporter quelques révélations sur sa gestion de Dakar Dem Dikk ainsi que sur l’effectif qu’il a trouvé dans la société.
« Un travail exhaustif mené par les services de la direction des ressources humaines, a permis de régler les incohérences du paiement non contrôlé des heures supplémentaires indues, mais en plus, de trouver des débuts de solution dans la résolution des retards dans le paiement des prestations sociales. Nous avons aussi veillé à la maitrise et à la rationalisation des effectifs. À titre d’illustration, à notre prise de service, le 15 septembre 2020, Dakar Dem Dikk Sa comptait 3 162 agents permanents alors qu’aujourd’hui la société ne dispose que de 2 939 travailleurs permanents », a renseigné Omar Bounkhatab Sylla.
Par ailleurs, le directeur sortant annonce la signature d’une convention de financement le 12 Juillet 2022 entre le ministère de l’économie et la banque mondiale pour l’acquisition d’un nouveau parc de 1400 véhicules.
