Du nouveau dans l’affaire de l’évasion de Pape Mamadou Seck. La Sûreté urbaine (SU), chargée de l’affaire, a déféré B. Ndao au parquet hier, vendredi. Ce dernier a été arrêté dimanche dernier à Darou Karim, près de Mbacké, en compagnie du fugitif et d’une dame.
D’après “Libération”, qui donne l’information dans son édition de ce samedi, B. Ndao a bénéficié d’un retour de parquet. Il sera édifié sur son sort lundi prochain, d’après le journal, qui rappelle qu’il est poursuivi pour recel de malfaiteur et complicité d’évasion.
La dame qui était avec Pape Mamadou Seck et B. Ndao, au moment où la GIGN mettait fin à la cavale du membre présumé de la «Force spéciale», a été libérée. Il lui a été cependant demandé de se tenir à la disposition des enquêteurs.
