L’Ordre national des médecins du Sénégal n’a pas digéré les allégations de Ndella Madior Diouf sur le décès de la voyante Adjaratou Daba Boye. Dans un communiqué, il indique que Mme Diouf, qui se présente « en qualité de médecin, a déclaré, à travers la presse, que cette issue malheureuse est due à une perfusion de sérum glucosé ». D’abord, la source précise qu’elle « ne figure pas dans le tableau de l’Ordre national des médecins du Sénégal ».
Boly Diop d’ajouter : « Qu’un patient diabétique, peut recevoir sur prescription médicale, sans danger, du sérum glucosé, et ceci, en parfaite conformité avec les règles de bonne pratique. » L’Onms se réserve le droit de mener les « actions nécessaires, pour mettre fin aux affirmations mensongères ». Parce que, souligne-t-il, « la diffusion d’une information médicale par une personne non habilitée reste une faute dont les conséquences néfastes sont inéluctables ».
