Au moment où l’état du Sénégal ambitionne de restructurer le parc automobile de Dakar Dem Dikk à travers la réception de 33 bus destinés au transport interurbain et d’une commande de 1400 nouveaux bus pour Dakar, les travailleurs de cette société sont remontés contre la direction générale.
En effet, le collège des délégués de la boite a décrété un lundi rouge sur l’ensemble du territoire. «Le collège des délégués du personnel de Dakar Dem Dikk et les secrétaires généraux appellent tous les travailleurs à une journée Rouge le lundi 05 septembre 2022 dans tous les dépôts, gares, terminus et agence de Sénégal Dem Dikk et Afrique Dem Dikk», a déclaré Boubacar Fall, chargé de communication du syndicat.
Au cours de cette journée, les travailleurs porteront un brassard rouge partout au Sénégal et en Afrique afin d’alerter les autorités sur la tension qui prévaut au sein de l’entreprise. De l’avis de Boubacar Fall, cette situation résulte de la mauvaise gestion de Omar Boun Khatab Sylla, directeur général de DDD. Ce dernier, accuse le syndicaliste, «ne daigne même pas réagir, malgré l’assemblée générale du 27 aout dernier».
