Depuis quatre mois, les membres du cabinet du maire de Dakar, Barthélémy Dias, n’ont pas reçu leurs salaires. Cette situation fait que Guy Marius Sagna, le «capitaine Touré» et Cie souffrent en silence.
Selon Les Echos, qui donne l’information dans son édition de ce jeudi, la mairie ne serait pas responsable de cette situation. Le journal affirme que la faute incomberait au préfet de Dakar et au ministre des Finances et du Budget, Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo. Comment ? La source ne donne pas de précision.
Fait bizarre, souligne le journal, Barthélémy Dias n’a pas communiqué sur cette affaire. Toutefois, rappelle Les Echos, il avait déclaré que si l’Etat lui coupe les robinets, il trouvera toujours les moyens de payer les salaires de ses collaborateurs. Manifestement, ça coince depuis quatre mois.
