Mamadou Moustapha Ba est le nouveau ministre des Finances et du Budget. Il remplace Abdoulaye Daouda Diallo, qui est devenu le directeur de cabinet du Président Macky Sall. Jusqu’à sa nomination dans le gouvernement Amadou Ba, il était le directeur du Budget.
Si cela ne tenait qu’au chef de l’État, Mamadou Moustapha Ba aurait été déjà ministre. À plusieurs reprises, on lui a proposé de faire partie de l’équipe gouvernementale et chaque fois il déclinait la proposition.
C’est son collègue de l’Eau et de l’Assainissement, Serigne Mbaye Thiam, qui a fait la révélation. «Je ne vais pas trahir un secret en révélant que Mamadou Moustapha Ba était appelé à être dans le gouvernement depuis longtemps», a lancé, lors d’un meeting tenu dimanche dernier à Nioro, Serigne Mbaye Thiam, repris par Bés Bi.
Le ministre de l’Eau et de l’Assainissement de poursuivre : «Mais il a toujours dit que ce qu’il faisait au ministère du Budget est tellement important qu’il ne pouvait pas laisser ça de côté. C’est un homme compétent et un frère pour moi.»

Aw, this was an incredibly good post. Finding the time and actual effort to generate a good article… but what
