Inculpé dans le cadre d’une affaire de vol présumé de fréquence qui oppose le groupe Futurs médias et El Hadj Ndiaye le patron de la 2Stv, Ndiaga Ndour a été mis aux arrêts aujourd’hui pour non respect de son contrôle judiciaire. Il devait se présenter chez le juge tous les 15 jours. Ce qu’il n’a pas fait.
Il devra néanmoins se conformer strictement aux conditions de son contrôle judiciaire.
