Les habitants de Grand Ngor se sont opposés à l’arrestation d’un trafiquant de drogue identifié sous le nom de Mamadou Bâ alias Momo, renseigne « Rewmi Quotidien ». À en croire le journal, le mis en cause a réussi à fondre dans la nature, tandis que deux parmi ses compères en l’occurrence Daouda Ndoye et Souleymane Samb ont été arrêté pour « rébellion et offre ou cession de cocaïne ».
Les agents de l’Office central pour la répression du trafic illicite des stupéfiants (Ocrtis) ont fait face à la résistance des voisins de Mamadou Bâ un trafiquant de drogue Mamadou Bâ qui s’opposaient à son arrestation. Très en difficulté, les forces de l’ordre ont dû appeler du renfort malheureusement le mis en cause ce qui n’a empêché la fuite du trafiquant.
Incarcérés le 1er août 2022, Daouda Ndoye et Souleymane Samb ont clamé leur innocence hier mercredi 10 août, devant le tribunal des flagrants délits de Dakar. Mais, les dénégations des prévenus ont été fragilisées par les éléments de l’enquête, car il résulte du procès-verbal que les enquêteurs ont reçu une information selon laquelle Mamadou Bâ s’adonnait au trafic de drogue. C’est sur ces entrefaites qu’un des agents est entré en contact avec le dealer pour passer une commande.
C’est ainsi que Daouda Ndoye s’est présenté au rendez-vous avec 5g de cocaïne et c’est sur son indication que les limiers se sont rendus chez Momo où les riverains, dont Souleymane Samb, se sont opposés à son arrestation. Au cours de son interrogatoire, Daouda Ndoye a indiqué que Mamadou Bâ le chargeait régulièrement de livrer de la drogue moyennant 5000 francs. Rendant son délibéré, le juge a condamné Daouda Ndoye à deux ans de prison ferme et Souleymane Samb à trois mois ferme.
