Depuis 4 ans, Angele Sofia doit éteindre le réveil de son iPhone à 9 h 25 tous les matins. Le souci, c’est qu’elle n’a jamais configuré d’alarme à cette heure-ci. Pire encore, même changé d’iPhone n’a pas réglé le problème.
Il y a des bugs qui empêchent complètement d’utiliser son iPhone. Et il y en a d’autres, plus pernicieux, qui se contentent de vous rappeler que quelque chose ne tourne pas rond. Angele Sofia, une utilisatrice britannique, a partagé sur TikTok son histoire des plus déroutantes.
Dans sa vidéo, elle explique que son iPhone sonne tous les matins, à 9 h 25 précises, sans aucune exception depuis 4 ans. Or, Angele n’a jamais configuré d’alarme à cette heure-ci.
On croirait à un mauvais scénario de film d’horreur, et pourtant. Angele Sofia affirme avoir tout essayé, sans succès : son iPhone sonne systématiquement, tous les matins, à 9 h 25. Mais il y a encore plus étrange. Plutôt qu’un véritable réveil, qui sonnerait jusqu’à ce que l’on désactive, cette alarme ne sonne qu’une fois avant de s’éteindre automatiquement pour les prochaines 24 heures.

Ça ne s’arrête pas là. En cliquant sur la notification de l’alarme, l’iPhone ouvre la page de l’application Horloge, sur laquelle ne figure aucun réveil à 9 h 25. De la même manière, il est inutile de placer son smartphone en silencieux, celui-ci continuera malgré tout de sonner. À court d’idées, Sofia décide d’amener son iPhone chez Apple pour régler le problème une bonne fois pour toutes.
Mais aucun des employés qu’elle a rencontrés n’a su lui fournir de réponse, épaississant encore un peu plus le mystère. Sofia se résout alors à acheter un nouvel iPhone. Mais là encore… Le réveil continue de sonner, inlassablement. Sofia n’a donc alors plus aucune solution sous la main et demande alors l’aide de ses followers sur TikTok.
Plusieurs propositions émergent. Certains évoquent un rendez-vous sur son Calendrier qui se répète en boucle ou encore un paramètre dans l’application Santé. Évidemment, rien n’a fonctionné. Le fait que le problème persiste semble indiquer le bug se situe au niveau de son compte iCloud. Mais aucune solution ne se profile à l’heure actuelle.
Les plus taquins diront qu’il ne reste plus qu’à passer chez Android.
