La session ordinaire unique de l’année 2023-2024 de l’Assemblée national est toujours bloquée peu après son ouverture avec un grand retard. S’exprimant devant la presse, le député Cheikh Abdou Bara Dolly, vice-président du groupe parlementaire Wallu a accusé le Pastef d’être à l’origine de ce blocage.
Comme annoncé par Sud quotidien, l’ouverture de la session ordinaire unique de l’année 2023-2024 de l’Assemblée nationale n’a pas échappé à la crise qui secoue depuis quelques temps la scène politique sénégalaise. En effet, convoqués depuis 10 heures, les députés n’ont toujours pas parvenu à installer le nouveau bureau de l’Assemblée nationale alors que l’horloge affiche 16 heures passées de 15 minutes.
Un retard dénoncé par le député Cheikh Abdou Bara Dolly, vice-président du groupe parlementaire Wallu qui accuse Pastef d’être à l’origine de ce blocage des travaux de l’Assemblée nationale. «On a été convoqué à 10 heures pour la session. Mais depuis lors , on est là et l’Assemblée nationale est bloquée.
C’est une honte pour la démocratie. Car ce retard est lié aux tractations au sein du groupe Yewwi askan wi pour les postes au niveau du bureau de l’Assemblée nationale entre Taxawu Dakaru et Pastef», a déclaré le marabout politicien par ailleurs candidat déclaré à la prochaine présidentielle, qui invite dans la foulée le président de l’Assemblée nationale à prendre ses responsabilités.
« Pastef veut éjecter Taxawu de ses postes au sein du bureau. J’invite le président de l’Assemblée nationale à prendre ses dispositions».
Poursuivant son propos, le vice-président du groupe parlementaire Wallu a par ailleurs, dénoncé cette situation qui selon lui traduit l’absence de démocratie au sein des partis politiques. «Nous avons un sérieux problème de démocratie dans les partis politiques. BBY avait également ce problème jusqu’à midi pour proposer son président de groupe. Mais, ils ont pu trouver une solution.
Seul le groupe Wallu a su éviter ce problème en maintenant inchangé la composition de son groupe parlementaire. Je suis resté à mon poste vice-président du groupe et Mamadou Lamine Diallo reste également à son poste au sein du bureau en tant que vice-président.»
