    Plainte de l’opposition contre le procureur : La réponse surprenante de Me Malick Sall

    L’opposition par le biais de Ousmane Sonko a décidé de déposer une plainte contre le procureur de la République à qui, elle reproche sa déclaration sur l’arrestation d’un rebelle et leur manifestation de mercredi dernier. Le ministre de la Justice s’est exprimé sur la question, ce jeudi, à Guédiawaye.

    « Le Sénégal est un pays de Droit. Celui qui veut déposer une plainte peut le faire et que la Justice fasse ce qu’elle doit faire« , a déclaré Me Malick Sall.

    La manifestation…

    Quant aux manifestations en vue vendredi, il déclare: « C’est de la Responsabilité du ministre de l’Intérieur et du ministre de la Justice que je suis. Nous sommes dans un Etat de Droit et chacun doit accepter de respecter l’état de Droit aussi bien du côté du pouvoir que de celui de l’opposition. La loi elle est pour tout le monde, chacun doit assumer ses responsabilités. L’opposition doit assumer ses responsabilités et le gouvernement aussi assume ses responsabilités.«
