La Banque de l’Habitat du Sénégal (BHS) va procéder ce 10 juillet 2022 au paiement des intérêts semestriels et au remboursement partiel du capital de l’emprunt obligataire « DIASPORA BONDS BHS 6,25% 2019-2024 pour un montant global net d’impôts de 3,849 milliards de FCFA.
Pour rappel, la BHS a émis un emprunt obligataire par appel public à l’épargne, de type Diaspora Bonds, dénommé « BHS 6,25% 2019-2024 », d’un montant de 20 milliards de Fcfa qui vise à permettre à la Banque de renforcer ses moyens financiers pour faire face au financement des nombreux programmes de logements en cours dans les Pôles urbains.
Il s’étale sur 5 ans dont deux ans de différé en capital et sera rémunérée à 6,25% l’an. Les intérêts seront payés semestriellement.
Les revenus liés à ces obligations sont exonérés d’impôt pour les souscripteurs résidant au Sénégal et soumis à la fiscalité en vigueur dans le pays de résidence des souscripteurs au moment des paiements.
