« View Once (Vue Unique) est déjà un moyen incroyablement populaire de partager des photos ou des médias qui n’ont pas besoin d’avoir une trace numérique permanente », a déclaré un représentant de la société dans un nouveau billet de blog.
Et d’ajouter : « Maintenant, nous activons le blocage des captures d’écran pour les messages View Once pour une couche supplémentaire de protection. Nous testons actuellement cette fonctionnalité et nous sommes impatients de la déployer auprès des utilisateurs prochainement. »
Ce n’est pas la seule fonctionnalité qui arrive aujourd’hui, l’application appartenant à Meta donne maintenant aux utilisateurs la possibilité de quitter les groupes silencieusement, sans annoncer votre départ à l’ensemble du groupe, et ainsi en faire un grand drame.
Nous l’avons vu en version bêta, mais WhatsApp est maintenant prêt à l’offrir à tous les utilisateurs. Une fois qu’elle sera arrivée, seuls les administrateurs de groupe seront informés que les utilisateurs ont quitté le groupe. Le blog mentionne également l’ajout récent d’une fonction de confidentialité améliorée qui permet aux utilisateurs de contrôler qui voit quand ils sont en ligne.
