Les leaders de la coalition Yewwi Askan Wi tiennent une conférence de presse ce lundi 20 juin 2022, à partir de 11H au siège de PRP sis sur la VDN.
Lors de la manifestation interdite de l’opposition, ce vendredi 17 juin, 77 manifestants, dont les deux députés, Déthié Fall, Mame Diarra Fam, et le maire de la ville de Guédawaye, Ahmed Aidara, ont été arrêtés, à Dakar et Ziguinchor, dans les rangs de Yewwi Alors que la police parle de 250 interpellés au plan national.
Ils seront déférés ce lundi 20 juin devant les parquets du pays.
Selon un bilan provisoire, trois personnes ont perdu la vie (deux à Ziguinchor et un à Dakar) dans ces manifs non autorisées appelées vendredi dernier par l’inter coalition Yewwo Askan Wi/Wallu pour protester, entre, autres, contre l’invalidation de leur liste des titulaire au scrutin national proportionnel, le troisième mandat ou la troisième candidature du Président Macky Sall, la vie chère.
