Diallo à Leipzig, Weigl à Gladbach
De son côté, le RB Leipzig s’est renforcé avec Abdou Diallo. L’international sénégalais, qui arrive en prêt en provenance du PSG, retrouve un championnat qu’il connaît bien puisqu’il a évolué du côté de Mayence puis du Borussia Dortmund.
Autre retour en Bundesliga : celui de Julian Weigl. Le milieu de terrain de 26 ans, qui évoluait du côté du Benfica depuis 2020, a été prêté pour une saison au Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Benfica qui par ailleurs enregistre l’arrivée du défenseur américain John Anthony Brooks, qui jouait à Wolfsburg.
A noter également l’arrivée (en prêt) de Sehrou Guirassy à Stuttgart. Le néo-international guinéen, qui était déjà passé par Cologne il y a quelques années, vient renforcer une attaque du VfB qui a dû compenser le départ de Sasa Kalajdzic aux Wolves.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang retourne en Angleterre
L’attaquant gabonais quitte le FC Barcelone, direction Chelsea. Autre retour en Premier League : celui d’Idrissa Gana Gueye, qui retrouve Everton. Julian Draxler, lui, est prêté à Benfica. Amine Gouiri est transféré de Nice à Rennes contre 28 millions d’euros et enfin, Amine Harit est reprêté par Schalke 04 à l’Olympique de Marseille.
