C’est Aminata Touré, la nouvelle ministre des Affaires sociales, dans la région du Schleswig-Holstein, qui s’exprime ainsi sur Rfi. Pour dire donc que même si le Parlement fédéral allemand compte quelques députés d’origine africaine, tout porte à croire qu’une page d’histoire s’est écrite, mercredi 29 juin, dans la région du Schleswig-Holstein, avec la nomination d’Aminata Touré, dont la famille est originaire du Mali.
Aminata Touré est devenue un symbole pour l’intégration de ceux qu’on appelle les «AfroAllemands». Ses parents avaient fui le Mali au début des années 1990. La jeune fille, née en 1992, a grandi d’abord dans des foyers de réfugiés avec un statut des plus instables, avant d’obtenir la nationalité allemande à 12 ans. C’est à cet âge que son père quitte sa femme et ses quatre filles.
Avec une mère qui travaille comme aide-soignante, la famille ne roule pas sur l’or. Aminata Touré peut faire des études de sciences politiques et de français grâce à une bourse. Elle s’engage au même moment au sein du mouvement de jeunesse du parti vert de sa région, le Schleswig-Holstein
