Coumba Ka Seck, secrétaire exécutif de l’Association des Juristes du Sénégal (AJS) révèle que 258 cas de viol ont été enregistrés à Dakar en 2021. Le viol et la pédophilie, dit-elle, sont devenus un crime et c’est une satisfaction pour l’AJS.
«Nos huit (8) Boutiques de Droit de l’AJS ont enregistré en 2021, 258 cas de viol. Malgré le fait que la loi a été votée, il y a deux ans, le viol est toujours là», a indiqué la secrétaire exécutif de l’Association des Juristes du Sénégal, Coumba Ka. Le viol et la pédophilie, dit-elle, sont devenus un crime et c’est une satisfaction pour l’AJS.
La secrétaire exécutif de l’AJS se prononçait lors de l’atelier d’échanges organisé par l’Association des Juristes du Sénégal à Dakar.
Ladite rencontre, portant sur les stratégies de vulgarisation de la loi criminalisant le viol et la pédophilie au Sénégal, a vu la participation de magistrats, d’avocats, de commissaires de police et de commandants de Gendarmerie.
