En vue de designer le temps quotidien à réserver à chaque liste de partis et procéder au tirage au sort pour l’ordre de passage à l’émission consacrée à la campagne électorale diffusée par l’audiovisuel public, le Cnra a convoqué une réunion demain, mardi 28 juin 2022, à 12 heures.
Le Conseil national de régulation de l’audiovisuel (Cnra) invite les partis politiques, coalitions de partis politiques et entités indépendantes dont les listes sont déclarées recevables pour les élections législatives du 31 juillet 2022, à désigner leur représentant à la réunion. Elle aura lieu dans ses locaux, sise à l’immeuble Tamaro, au Plateau.
«Selon l’article 8 de la loi portant création du Cnra : régulation de l’audiovisuel fixe les règles concernant les conditions de production, de programmation et de diffusion des émissions réglementées des médias audiovisuels pendant les campagnes électorales», rappelle le Président du Cnra, Babacar Diagne. Dans un communiqué, l’autorité ajoute qu’«aux termes de l’article Lo.188 du Code électoral : «le temps d’antenne mis à la disposition des candidats et diffusé par le service public de l’audiovisuel est divisé en deux (2) fractions dont la quotité est déterminée par l’organe en charge de la régulation des médias (…)».
La campagne électorale pour les élections législatives du 31 juillet 2022 s’ouvre le dimanche 10 juillet 2022 à 00h et prend fin le vendredi 29 juillet 2022 à minuit.
