La Sûreté urbaine a bouclé l’enquête sur l’évasion de Pape Mamadou Seck, dans la nuit du 9 au 10 juillet dernier au Pavillon spécial de l’hôpital Aristide Le Dantec. D’après Les Echos, les enquêteurs devraient présenter leur rapport, mardi prochain, au procureur de la République.
Le journal parie que les gardes pénitentiaires chargés de surveiller Pape Mamadou Seck risquent gros. Ils devraient faire l’objet de poursuites. Car, souligne la même source, les enquêteurs ont la conviction que le fugitif a profité de leur négligence pour s’enfuir. Que les barreaux sciés ne sont qu’une mise en scène de leur part pour se dédouaner.
La balle est dans le camp du procureur de la République. Le chef du parquet déterminera les charges à retenir et, le cas échéant, la suite à donner au dossier.
Pape Mamadou Seck a été arrêté dans le cadre de l’enquête sur la «Force spéciale». Il a été retrouvé à Darou Karim, près de Mbacké, chez son marabout, quinze jours après son évasion. Depuis lors, il est en détention.
