Le coordonnateur des délégués de Expresso Senegal précise que l’entreprise n’a aucun problème économique.
Les agents de l’opérateur téléphonique Express Senegal menacent d’aller en grève dans les prochains jours suite à l’annonce du directeur de licencier certains employés. Et cela, d’après Babacar Ba, Coordonnateur des délégués de Expresso Senegal, pour des raisons économiques avancées par la direction de Expresso Senegal. « Nous comptons déposer un préavis de grève parce que quelqu’un ne peut pas travailler dans une entreprise pendant 10 ans et après vous le jetez comme ça comme si rien ne s’est passé. La direction générale a évoqué des difficultés économiques au niveau de l’entreprise. Depuis quelques temps, ils nous ont dit qu’ils ont un projet pour licencier une partie des employés. Ce que les délégués refusent catégoriquement »,. a-t-il déclaré sur Rfm.
Chiffre d’affaire
Ce qui est tout à fait faux soutient-il avant d’annoncer que le chiffre d’affaire de l’entreprise connait une hausse depuis un certain temps. « Il y a la conjoncture économique. Mais à notre avis, on n’est pas encore arrivé au moment des licenciements pour cette entreprise-la. Nous connaissons tous cette entreprise, nous sommes sur un secteur porteur : la télécommunication, on parle tout le temps de beaucoup de milliards« , a-t-il fulminé.
Appel à la négociation
Les employés déclarent qu’ils ne refusent pas de quitter l’entreprise. Mais appellent à des négociations. « Les gens ne s’opposent pas à quitter cette entreprise mais il faut qu’il y ait quand même des négociations et que les gens quittent en toute tranquillité et en toute transparence. Aujourd’hui, c’est ce que la direction ne veut pas faire. Nous sommes aller à trois reprises au niveau de l’inspection du travail pour discuter avec eux. Mais jusqu’à aujourd’hui, la direction générale s’oppose catégoriquement à ces propositions là« , regrette le Coordonnateur.
Les employés de Expresso Senegal disent avoir écrit à l’autorité de régulation des télécommunications et des postes(Artp) et également au ministère des télécommunications. Mais depuis lors, aucun signe.
