Selon un rapport de la Revue annuelle conjointe (Rac) du ministère de l’Economie, du Plan et de la Coopération, en plus de l’encadrement, le volume de financement accordé par l’Adepme aux Pme a été doublé entre 2018 et 2022, passant de 1 milliard de FCFA à 2,4 milliards, même si l’objectif de 5 milliards de FCFA n’a pas été atteint en 2022.
«Comparé à 2021, le volume de financement a enregistré une baisse de 59,3%. Dans le cadre de la formalisation, 1 218 Pme ont été accompagnées en 2022, dépassant ainsi l’objectif fixé (1 000 Pme).
En outre, 3 509 Pme ont été formées en 2022, grâce à la mise en œuvre du portefeuille de projets et programmes tels que le projet de renforcement de la résilience des femmes actrices du secteur informel, le projet Sme Business Training & Coaching Loop et le projet Plateforme Covid-19 », informe la Rac.
Dans le domaine de la labellisation des Pme, le nombre d’unités ayant obtenu le label « Adepme » est passé de 52 en 2021 à 118 en 2022, grâce au démarrage de la mise en œuvre du projet « Accès » dont l’objectif est l’amélioration de l’éligibilité des Pme.
En outre, précise-t-on, en vue de favoriser la structuration des PME, 1 218 unités informelles ont été encadrées vers la formalisation en 2022 contre 1 145 un an auparavant. Cependant, des efforts restent à faire dans le cadre du renforcement de la formalisation des entreprises.
En ce qui concerne le renforcement de la compétitivité des Pme, le nombre de Pme encadrées par le bureau de mise à niveau (Bmn) s’est établi à 109 en 2022 (contre 82 en 2021) pour une cible de 131, soit un taux de réalisation de 83,2%.
Quant au taux de décaissement du Fonds de Mise à niveau, il est passé de 67% en 2021 à 77% en 2022, pour une cible de 70%.
Toutefois, ajoute la même source, des efforts restent à faire dans l’allègement des procédures, afin de porter ce taux à 100% à partir de 2023.
