À Kaolack, un plan d’accompagnement innovant destiné aux petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) des communes de Latmingué, Kahone et Keur Socé a été présenté lors d’une journée de restitution des études sur la gouvernance et la compétitivité.
Initié par le Conseil départemental en collaboration avec l’ONG Enda Graft Sahel et Aïd Communications, ce projet s’attaque à l’attentisme observé au sein des PME.
Des formations spécifiques assurées par l’Onfp et le 3FPT ont été intégrées au processus.
La réunion du mercredi 3 Avril a mis l’accent sur l’adéquation des équipements nécessaires à l’expansion des entreprises locales. Cet élan de modernisation vise à les rendre plus compétitives sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux.
L’utilisation du numérique, l’établissement d’une plateforme pour des réunions à distance et l’optimisation des processus de commandes et livraisons sont au cœur de cette stratégie.
Déployé initialement dans trois communes, ce programme de professionnalisation des PME s’étendra à quinze collectivités dans le département, pour transformer les entreprises rurales en véritables acteurs économiques et sociaux.
