Même constat chez TheWolfpack : “quelqu’un d’autre a des problèmes pour se connecter à Instagram ? Comme être complètement déconnecté sans vous déconnecter vous-même, puis essayer d’accéder à l’application et de publier quelque chose, et vous ne pouvez pas le faire parce que vous avez été déconnecté et soi-disant « connecté sur un autre appareil ?»”. Il obtient une réponse disant que “oui, depuis quelques heures et ils ne l’ont pas réparé“.

Si la déconnexion des comptes est un symptôme partagé par toutes les personnes touchées, il existe des variations quant aux raisons évoquées pour le justifier. L’internaute George Antonopoulos explique qu’en plus d’avoir été éjecté d’Instagram, l’un de ses comptes a été désactivé pour non respect des Règles de la communauté. Sauf qu’il n’a rien posté depuis 2 semaines et que ses publications concernent toutes des voitures, ce qui n’est pas interdit.
À l’heure où nous publions cet article, Meta ne s’est pas exprimé sur le sujet, aussi il est difficile de dire s’il s’agit de cas isolés ou d’une panne globale comme celle qui a touché les réseaux sociaux du groupe début mars.
Elle avait duré plusieurs heures avant d’être résolue. Un “problème technique” en était à l’origine d’après Meta, sans plus de précision.
Pour ce qui est de l’actuel et d’après des témoignages, contacter le support des applications n’aboutit à rien et il n’existe pas de manière de contourner le souci.
