Le Parti démocratique sénégalais (Pds) brise le silence et va plus loin que son candidat. Dans une déclaration, ses députés fustigent une «décision scandaleuse et inacceptable» du Conseil constitutionnel et exigent «la mise en place immédiate d’une commission d’enquête parlementaire sur les conditions d’élimination des candidats à l’élection présidentielle».
Pour le Pds, «cette commission d’enquête devra particulièrement enquêter sur les conflits d’intérêts, les avantages et les soupçons de corruption et collusion de certains membres de notre Conseil constitutionnel avec certains candidats» en lice pour la Présidentielle.
Mamadou Lamine Thiam et cie estiment que «les juges Cheikh Tidiane Coulibaly et Cheikh Ndiaye auraient dû se récuser en raison de leurs connexions douteuses et de leurs conflits d’intérêts» et annoncent que la Coalition.
