La coopération japonaise finance le Port Autonome de Dakar à hauteur de 36 milliards pour la réhabilitation du môle 3.
L’honneur et le plaisir m’ont été donné ce matin, de recevoir, pour une seance de travail suivi d’une visite de terrain, Son Excellence M. Osamu OZAWA, Ambassade du Japon au Sénégal.
Les discussions ont porté sur la coopération japonaise qui pu octroyé un financement de plus de 21 milliards de Francs CFA pour la réhabilitation du môle 3. Ce don non remboursable a été renforcé à hauteur de 15 milliards de Francs CFA suite à l’impact dévastateur de la Covid-19.
Enfin, cette réhabilitation, permettra à terme, de refaire les quais, les voiries de circulation, les terres-pleins ainsi que la réfection en cours du hangar des EMASE.
Je tiens à remercier Son Excellence pour sa visite empreinte de belle perspective entre le PAD et la coopération japonaise.
