215, 78 millions de dollars soit environ 133 milliards de F CFA. C’est le montant que le Sénégal va bénéficier des Droits de tirages spéciaux (DTS). Dans un document rendu public, le Conseil d’administration du FMI annonce que « l’achèvement des revues permet le déblocage immédiat d’environ 215,78 millions de dollars (161,82 millions de DTS) au Sénégal ».
Le Conseil a également approuvé une augmentation d’accès et une dérogation au non-respect d’un critère de performance, ainsi que la modification d’un critère de performance et d’objectifs quantitatifs. En conséquence, note le document repris par Emedia, « l’accès total dans le cadre des accords mixtes SBA/SCF de 18 mois approuvés en juin 2021 a été augmentée d’environ 172,6 millions de dollars EU (129,44 millions de DTS), passant d’environ 650 millions de dollars EU (453 millions de DTS), au moment de l’approbation, à environ 776,67 millions de dollars EU (582,44 millions de DTS) ».
