La campagne électorale a pris fin ce samedi 29 juillet, à minuit. Elle était ouverte à tous les concurrents aux sièges de l’hémicycle, le 10 juillet passé.
Les listes qui concourent au plus grand nombre de places à l’Assemblée Nationale, ont eu chacune deux semaines pleines pour aller à la rencontre des Sénégalais, des Sénégalais électeurs.
En nombre de Sept, les coalitions ont rivalisé d’ardeur entre Dakar et régions du centre, de l’Est à l’ouest mais surtout dans les grandes régions comme Dakar, Thiès, Fatick, Ziguinchor, Saint-Louis, mais surtout Touba où l’enjeu est aussi de taille.
Quelques violence ont par contre, ça et là, entre mouvance présidentielle et l’opposition, dont Yewwi et Benno, parfois entre gens de même coalition (exemple de Thiès) ont émaillé cette campagne qui s’est pourtant bien passée dans un ensemble global.
Benno Bokk, Yewwi Aslan et Aar Sénégal restent, en effet, les coalitions qui ont le plus fait parler d’elles. Ceci est bien compréhensible, car celà y va de la posture et de la gabarit des leaders qui sont à la tête de ces listes.
Ayant pris fin ce samedi, aucune autre activité de propagande, ou d’appel au vote n’est donc permise. Ce samedi, reste pour le fait, une journée off pour toutes les coalitions.
Cap sur dimanche 31 juillet 2022, jour des élections. Près de 6 millions de Sénégalais sont appelés aux urnes pour choisir leurs représentants à l’hémicycle.
