Le Ministère de la Femme, de la Famille et de la Protection des Enfants a organisé un atelier de bilan de la performance ministérielle et de validation du plan de travail annuel pour l’année 2024. Lors de la journée d’ouverture, ce mardi 30 janvier 2024, M. Mame Ngor Diouf, Secrétaire général du MFFPE, a souligné les résultats remarquables obtenus dans les différents programmes du ministère.
Le Secrétaire Général a mis en avant quatre programmes clés du ministère, à savoir « famille-genre », « enfance », « autonomie économique » et « support programme pilotage ». Un bilan positif a été dressé, mettant en lumière la prise en charge des familles vulnérables à travers des actions de sensibilisation, d’information, de formation, et de soutien socio-économique.
Au cours de l’année passée, le ministère a mobilisé une somme d’un milliard FCfa, pour accompagner environ 10 mille familles vulnérables.
Dans le domaine des violences faites aux femmes et aux enfants, le MFFPE a mené plusieurs campagnes nationales, avec le soutien de partenaires, ainsi que la contribution de ses services déconcentrés.
Des mécanismes de prévention et de signalement ont été renforcés, notamment avec le déploiement de la plateforme nationale « Wallu, Allo 116 ». Cette plateforme a permis la prise en charge correcte d’au moins 2 000 victimes au cours de l’année 2023.
Le Ministère a également assuré la prise en charge de 200 000 enfants âgés de 0 à 5 ans, à travers des structures de développement intégrées de la petite enfance, telles que les crèches communautaires, les garderies, et les cases de tout-petits.
M. Diouf a souligné des innovations majeures dans le renforcement des capacités et la promotion de l’autonomisation économique des femmes.
Une mobilisation financière remarquable de 5,2 milliards FCfa, a été réalisée pour soutenir au moins 100 000 projets au service des femmes dans toutes les régions du Sénégal.
Cette stratégie de financement repose sur des innovations telles que la plateforme « Crédit femme » et une doctrine articulée autour de 3F (Formation, Formalisation et Financement).
