Le Casa Sports champion du Sénégal et détenteur de la coupe du Sénégal. Un doublé historique et un exploit même si ce sacre est réalisé par quatre autres clubs sénégalais. Mais, ce succès du Casa n’est pas ex nihilo. Trois clefs majeures ont conduit le club de la Casamance à ses performances.
Cohésion de groupe et stabilité dans les finances
L’ingrédient principal de ce succès est la solidarité, il est le socle de ce palmarès. Cette solidarité lie, en effet, toutes les dimensions du Club. Elle est le fondement d’une cohésion entre les joueurs, les supporters de même qu’avec le staff technique et l’administration du club. C’est une symbiose englobant aspect culturel et ambitions sportives.
La stabilité financière du club est aussi un atout, selon Seydou Sané. Une épine qui a longtemps enquiquiné la progression de l’équipe. Le président du Casa se remémore ces périodes difficiles du club. Un mauvais souvenir. En effet, la logistique et le paiement des salaires ne sont plus une entrave à l’épanouissement des joueurs. Ce plan se traduit en des objectifs opérationnels qui ont, au fur et à mesure, hissé le Casa Sports. Depuis l’élaboration de ce plan, Seydou Sané tient avec le staff de l’équipe une réunion hebdomadaire. Une évaluation sur tous les aspects en rapport avec les footballeurs. L’heure de réveil, la qualité du repas et autres commodités, tout est passe à la loupe. Ces réunions sont aussi le moment d’apprécier les matchs déjà joués et d’affiner la façon de faire si nécessaire.
Le secret de ce succès du Casa Sports reste également étroitement lié à la constitution de l’équipe. Elle est composée à 80% de jeunes qui ont évolué dans le club ayant joué dans d’autres catégories du club, notamment en cadet et en junior.
